Well…… I said I wasn't going to be writing every day or week…….but I do promise to make an effort! 2013 is shaping up to be a good year; there are many enquiries already  coming in regarding both land based work and guest appearances on cruise ships. I had a wonderful New Years Eve doing a guest spot with the Dick Goodwin big band at a  wonderful theatre about an hours drive from our home in South Carolina in Newberry. It is a small, intimate theatre dating from 1882. Check out their website – newberryoperahouse.com. Great fun was had by all!

Tomorrow I head off to Fort Lauderdale to join one of the Holland America ships……it is the start of their South America circumnavigation cruise; I shall be going through the Panama Canal (always a great experience) and shall leave the ship in Ecuador on the 13th January. Right…………off to pack!
